Annie and her twin-sister, Abby, are mothers, doctors and humanitarians born and raised in Chicago.  They share many interests outside of their successful medical practices at St. Patrick's Hospital, including sponsoring a medical mission in Guinea-Bissau, but their main priority is for they and their families to be a solid example of how to care for the people of the world.

Annie is the more 'feeling' twin.
